New Delhi , July 14 : The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to release the provisional answer key for the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) June 2026 session shortly on its official website, ugcnet.nta.nic.in.
Along with the provisional answer key, the agency will also make available candidates’ response sheets and question papers, enabling aspirants to compare their recorded responses with the official answers and estimate their probable scores.
The UGC NET June 2026 examination was conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode across multiple centres nationwide on June 22, 23, 24, 25, 29 and 30, and July 5. The examination was held for multiple subjects and is conducted to determine the eligibility of Indian nationals for the award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), appointment as Assistant Professor, and admission to PhD programmes in universities and colleges across the country.
Once the provisional answer key is released, candidates will be able to download it by logging in to the official portal using their application number, date of birth and security code. The response sheet and question paper will also be accessible through the candidate login.
