Kansas, Jan 09: The Kansas Lottery has signed a multi-year contract with Instant Win Gaming to strengthen its iLottery operations, expanding the range of eInstant games available to players across the state.
Under the agreement, IWG will provide Kansas players with access to its full library of eInstant titles, including games inspired by retail lottery offerings that use scratch-style mechanics adapted for digital play. The Kansas Lottery’s iLottery program debuted last year.
“As we evaluated partners for our long-term eInstant strategy, IWG stood out for their willingness to embrace our specific game requirements and their ability to consistently deliver highly engaging content within the boundaries we set,” Kansas Lottery Executive Director Stephen Durrell said. “Their experience transforming retail scratch styles into successful digital formats made this partnership an easy decision.”
The deal extends IWG’s footprint to nine U.S. markets. Its content in Kansas is delivered through a gaming platform powered by Pollard Banknote, which the Kansas Lottery hired in 2024 to run its iLottery operations.
Pollard Banknote launched online lottery gaming in Kansas in February 2025, initially offering nine eInstant games and access to draw-based products, including Powerball. The company is also providing its loyalty program to Kansas players.
“This is another important milestone for IWG as we continue to support the growth of iLottery programs across North America,” said Jason Lisiecki, executive vice president at IWG. “Kansas Lottery’s strategic focus on bringing proven scratch mechanics into the digital channel aligns perfectly with our leadership in this space.”
IWG has continued to expand its North American presence beyond Kansas. In 2025, it partnered with the Georgia Lottery Corporation to launch Mega Money Jackpots, a multi-state eInstant progressive jackpot offering prizes that can exceed $1 million. IWG debuted the multi-state product in 2023 and in 2025 awarded a North Carolina player $6.7 million, the largest eInstant prize in U.S. iLottery history.
The company’s progressive jackpot offerings are also available in Kentucky, Virginia, New Hampshire and Pennsylvania, it said.
