Ranchi, November 17: After the positive response last time, the Jharkhand government is once again rolling out the Aapki Yojana–Aapki Sarkar–Aapke Dwar programme. The Hemant Soren government feels that this outreach will help villagers access government schemes more easily and efficiently.
In this regard, Chief Secretary Avinash Kumar has reportedly issued instructions to all Additional Chief Secretaries, Principal Secretaries, Secretaries, Divisional Commissioners and Deputy Commissioners.
He has directed them to set up camps at the panchayat level, collect applications from villagers, verify them, approve them and provide the benefits of schemes on the spot.

The programme will be organised from 21 November and will run till 15 December 2025.
During this period, small public issues will be resolved and applications for various schemes will be taken on priority. These include:
Caste/Residential/Income Certificates, Swasthya Suraksha Yojana, Kisan Credit Card, LAMPS–PACS Membership Campaign, Public Pension Scheme, Savitri Bai Phule Kishori Samriddhi Yojana, Mukhyamantri Rozgar Srijan Yojana, Birsa Harit Gram Yojana, Hara Ration Card, Birsa Sinchai Koop Sanvardhan Yojana, Guruji Student Credit Card, Jharkhand Mukhyamantri Maiyya Samman Yojana, Mukhyamantri Pashudhan Yojana and Abua Awas Yojana.
Reports further suggest that Chief Minister Hemant Soren will also visit various districts to review these special camps.
However, political criticism has already started over the drive as the BJP has accused the government of ignoring public applications during the previous drive and claimed that this initiative will again mislead people. The ruling Congress has dismissed the allegations, saying the earlier programme was successful and that the opposition is making baseless claims.
