Ranchi, April 22: Jharkhand leaders, including Chief Minister Hemant Soren and former Chief Minister Champai Soren, have strongly condemned the recent terrorist attack on tourists in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, which left two dead and 20 others injured.
In separate statements, both leaders described the attack as a “cowardly” act and a direct assault on humanity, calling for justice and extending condolences to the affected families.
“The cowardly terrorist attack on tourists in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir is shocking,” said Chief Minister Hemant Soren in a post on social media platform X. “May Marang Buru give peace to the souls of the departed and give strength to the bereaved families to bear this difficult time of grief.
