Offenders will face fines ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹1,00,000 depending on the number of violations. Police have also been empowered to seize vehicles used during such incidents.

According to the new provisions, a first-time offender will be fined ₹5,000, while repeat offenders may have to pay ₹20,000. In cases of continued violations, the penalty may go up to ₹1,00,000.
