Paris, April 29 – French fashion house Lacoste has appointed award-winning actress Adèle Exarchopoulos as a new ambassador, the company said on Monday, as it looks to reinforce its image of contemporary elegance and authenticity.
Exarchopoulos, best known for her Palme d’Or-winning role in Blue Is the Warmest Color, will represent the brand across various campaigns, with a particular focus on Lacoste’s leather goods segment.
“Adèle Exarchopoulos joining our Maison felt like a natural fit,” said Thierry Guibert, CEO of Lacoste. “She embodies the authenticity and bold spirit of Lacoste. Her talent and energy resonate deeply with our values.”
Born in Paris, Exarchopoulos has built a reputation as one of France’s most acclaimed actresses. Her recent César Award win for Best Supporting Actress in All Your Faces follows a string of high-profile roles in both arthouse and mainstream films, including Sibyl (2019), Mandibles (2020), Zero Fucks Given (2021), and Passages (2023). In 2024, she is set to appear in L’Accident de Piano by Quentin Dupieux and Chien 51 by Cédric Jimenez.
