New Delhi, September 4: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday congratulated his Italian counterpart Giorgia Meloni on becoming the longest continuously serving prime minister in Italy’s post-war history.
In a message posted on X, Modi said Meloni’s achievement reflected the confidence and trust placed in her leadership by the Italian people.The Prime Minister also underlined the importance of the relationship between India and Italy, saying Meloni’s friendship had contributed to strengthening the two countries’ special strategic partnership.
