Ranchi, July 16: Jharkhand Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) K. Ravi Kumar has appealed to all eligible voters in the state to submit their duly filled and signed Enumeration Forms to their respective Booth Level Officers (BLOs) by July 19, as part of the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) 2026 of the electoral rolls.
The Election Department said timely submission of the forms is essential for completing the digitisation of voter records, verification of voter details, rationalisation of polling stations, and preparation of the updated electoral roll.
The exercise also aims to ensure that members of the same family are, wherever possible, assigned to the same polling station.
According to officials, BLOs have already distributed Enumeration Forms to nearly 96 per cent of voters across Jharkhand.
In Ranchi district, around 85 per cent of eligible voters have received the forms.
The remaining voters include those who were unavailable during the house-to-house survey, those residing away from their registered addresses, or those who have not yet received the forms for other reasons.
The Election Department has also provided an online option for submitting the forms through the ECINet application.
Voters can log in using their registered mobile number, verify their details, update any required information, upload a photograph if necessary, and complete the submission through Aadhaar-based e-sign verification.
Officials advised voters who have not received the Enumeration Form to contact their local BLO, call the Voter Helpline 1950, or complete the process online through the ECINet platform.
The CEO said the third and final review meeting of BLOs and BLO Supervisors will be held on July 22 at designated polling centres.
Representatives of recognised political parties will also participate in the review process before the electoral roll is finalised.
The draft electoral roll is scheduled to be published on August 5 after the completion of verification and revision of voter records.
