MUMBAI, April 17 – Tira, the beauty retail arm of Reliance Retail Limited, has launched Concierge by Tira, a premium service designed to deliver a personalized and high-touch luxury experience to its top-tier customers, the company said on Wednesday.
The exclusive offering is aimed at customers who spend ₹1 lakh ($1,200) or more annually, and includes access to bespoke beauty services, personalized consultations, and priority fulfillment. “Concierge by Tira reflects our commitment to elevating the beauty retail experience,” the company said in a statement. “This curated service offers a seamless blend of personalization, luxury, and convenience.”
As part of the program, members are assigned a dedicated beauty advisor for expert guidance tailored to their preferences and past purchases. The service includes benefits such as personalized product recommendations, early access to sales, exclusive pre-orders, and invitations to limited-edition events and brand collaborations.
Customers will also receive real-time order tracking, priority complaint resolution, and expedited shipping as part of the package. Concierge by Tira offers exclusive access to marquee events like Ajio Luxe Weekend, as well as priority invitations to both Tira-hosted and partner brand events, aiming to deepen customer engagement beyond product transactions.
The initiative comes amid rising demand for personalized luxury experiences in India’s beauty and lifestyle market, as high-spending consumers seek curated services and exclusive access.
Tira is part of Reliance Retail’s broader strategy to tap into India’s fast-growing premium beauty segment. The company launched its first physical Tira store in 2023 and continues to expand its omnichannel presence.
