The buzz began after Kartik shared a laid-back beach picture during his New Year break, which he is spending in Goa following his sister’s wedding celebrations. Soon after, netizens particularly on Reddit began drawing comparisons between the actor’s photo and images shared by a woman identified online as Karina Kubiliute.
Users pointed out striking similarities in the background of the photos, including the beach setup, loungers, towel placement and other visual elements such as a volleyball court. The images were first highlighted on Reddit’s BollyBlindsNGossip page before circulating widely across social media platforms, fuelling speculation that the actor may not be vacationing alone.
The woman, referred to online as a “mystery girl,” is reportedly a UK-based model or student, though these claims remain unverified. Some social media posts have also alleged that she is a teen, but there has been no official confirmation regarding her age or identity.
Adding to the chatter, netizens claimed that Kartik Aaryan was following Karina Kubiliute on Instagram and later unfollowed her after the rumours gained traction. Users further alleged that Karina also unfollowed the actor. However, these claims cannot be independently verified.
Neither Kartik Aaryan nor Karina Kubiliute has responded to or confirmed the dating rumours, with all speculation based solely on online observations and social media discussions.
