Ranchi, June 11: German Ambassador to India Philip Ackerman and Economy Counselor met Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren today on Wednesday at the Chief Minister’s Residential Office at Kanke Road. Various topics and aspects related to development in various sectors were discussed between them.
The German Ambassador said that Germany and Jharkhand have a lot of similarities, especially regarding coal mining and production. In such a situation, Germany is keen to increase cooperation with Jharkhand regarding the development of coal based industries. The German Ambassador invited the Chief Minister to visit Germany. Hemant Soren told the German Ambassador that the state government will provide full support to German investors investing in India.
Chief Minister Hemant Soren apprised German Ambassador Philip Ackerman of the possibilities of industrial investment in Jharkhand. He said that in this direction the state government is constantly establishing contact with industrial groups of the country and abroad and its positive results are also coming out.

CM Hemant informed the ambassador about the possibilities of industrial investment in Jharkhand. The Chief Minister assured that the government will provide all possible support to German investors investing in Jharkhand.
On this occasion, the German Ambassador also invited Chief Minister Hemant Soren to visit Germany. Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister Avinash Kumar was also present during the meeting.
