Ranchi, Aug 23: Infosys Aster, AI-amplified marketing suite of Infosys, has been named a Leader in Everest Group’s Marketing Transformation Services PEAK Matrix Assessment 2026, recognizing its ability to deliver AI-led marketing transformation at scale for global enterprises.

Everest Group evaluated 29 service providers on vision, capabilities and market impact for the assessment. Infosys Aster stood out for its proprietary IP, AI-first capabilities and ecosystem partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes. The report also cited Infosys’ strength in agentic commerce, enabling AI-powered discovery, selection, purchase and commerce optimization, alongside its Adobe-led marketing transformation offerings.

Infosys Aster spans the full marketing value chain, including orchestration, data, content, commerce, creativity and personalization. Built on Infosys Topaz AI, the platform aims to help organizations build stronger brand experiences, boost marketing efficiency and overcome common industry hurdles such as fragmented systems and siloed operations. Its capabilities are further bolstered by Infosys’ Adobe 360 partnership, which combines AI-led solutions with platform expertise to accelerate customer experience, content and commerce transformation.

Everest Group also pointed to Infosys’ portfolio of proprietary assets and accelerators and its advanced AI and agentic use cases as key strengths, positioning the company as a trusted partner for CMOs pursuing scalable, AI-led transformation.

“Today, CMOs are the growth-architects of enterprises,” said Joydeep Mukherjee, EVP & Head of Global Data & AI, Digital and Creative Services at Infosys, noting that Aster connects the marketing value chain through agentic workflows built on insights, governance and trust.

Everest Group Partner Nitish Mittal said the marketing services market is shifting as enterprises demand measurable outcomes and greater AI adoption, adding that Infosys’ recognition reflects its AI-first marketing transformation capabilities, depth in Adobe-led transformation programs, strong ecosystem partnership, and broad IP portfolio across content, commerce and workflow automation.
