New Delhi, July 27 : Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday extended greetings to personnel of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) on its Raising Day, praising the force for its unwavering courage, dedication to duty and outstanding contribution to the nation’s internal security.
In a message shared on X, the Prime Minister said the CRPF has consistently placed the nation first, whether in safeguarding internal security or serving citizens during challenging situations.

He particularly commended the force’s role in combating Maoist insurgency, stating that its sustained efforts have significantly contributed to restoring peace and accelerating development in affected regions.

The CRPF, India’s largest Central Armed Police Force, plays a pivotal role in maintaining law and order, counter-insurgency operations, election security and disaster response across the country.
