Ranchi, July 21: AJSU Party Central President Sudesh Kumar Mahto on Monday called on party workers to strengthen the organisation at the grassroots level, saying a strong booth-level network is essential for winning public trust and effectively reaching every household.
Addressing workers’ conferences at the Mandu Assembly constituency level and the Chatra district level, Mahto said the real strength of any political party lies in its dedicated, disciplined and active workers.
He stressed that a robust organisational structure at the booth level would help the party remain closely connected with the people and address their concerns more effectively.
He urged party workers to actively participate in public outreach programmes, engage with local communities and raise issues related to public welfare.
According to him, the party’s objective extends beyond electoral politics and focuses on protecting Jharkhand’s identity, safeguarding people’s rights and promoting the state’s overall development.
Mahto described party workers as the backbone of the organisation, saying their commitment, organisational ability and regular interaction with the public would determine the party’s future growth.
He appealed to workers to intensify public contact campaigns in the coming days and ensure the party’s message reaches every village and household.
Mandu MLA Nirmal Mahto, also known as Tiwari Mahto, was present at both conferences.
He encouraged workers to remain actively engaged in public service, strengthen the organisation and maintain continuous contact with the people.
A large number of party workers attended the events and pledged to reinforce the party’s booth-level structure, work for the welfare of the people and expand the organisation’s reach across Jharkhand.
The conferences concluded with a renewed commitment to strengthening the party’s grassroots presence and increasing public engagement.
