Jamshedpur, January 3: XLRI–Xavier School of Management will host its Third International Conference in January 2026, bringing together global scholars, industry leaders and practitioners to discuss ethics, sustainability and the future of responsible business growth.

The conference, organised by the JRD Tata Foundation for Business Ethics in collaboration with XLRI, will be held at the institute’s Jamshedpur campus from Jan. 9 to Jan. 11, 2026, under the theme “Reimagining Business and Leadership: Ethics, Sustainability, and the Future of Responsible Growth.”

The three-day event aims to provide a platform for dialogue on ethical leadership, sustainable business practices and inclusive growth at a time of rapid global economic and technological change.

Organisers said the conference will feature keynote addresses by international experts in ethics and leadership, academic paper presentations, workshops and panel discussions focused on ethics-driven management practices.

Interactive sessions will examine issues such as human-centric leadership, responsible governance, institutional renewal, artificial intelligence and human futures, as well as post-growth models that emphasise planetary responsibility.

XLRI said the conference underscores its long-standing commitment to responsible management education and its role in fostering ethical consciousness among future business leaders.

Industry professionals and other stakeholders have been invited to participate in what organisers described as a transformative dialogue aimed at shaping a more just, sustainable and ethically grounded global business landscape.

Registration and participation details are available at ic-2026.xlri.ac.in.
