For some people it’s a bad habit but actually it is just an indicator. It indicates that you have nothing to do in life.
Imagine if someone gives you Rs 5 lakh for waking up at 5am, will you still feel lazy? Of course not. This shows that we do not feel lazy in doing the work that are interesing to us and gives pleasure to our mind. Our mind always wants pleasure and it wants to avoid pain.
Now the question is what about those works which we don’t want to do but are important for us? The answer is simple, we will have to make those works interesting. For example, doing exercise is boring for many people but it is important for us. So, instead of going to gym and lifting heavy weights we can play a game which includes these activities.
If bodybuilding or calesthetics is your passion then there is no problem in going to gym because you do not want any external motivation. If only fitness is your goal then there are many other ways. Playing a sport of your interest will not require any external motivation hence you will not feel lazy.
Take care of your interest while setting your goal. Don’t select your goal according to others’ expectations. After this you will definitely not feel lazy.
