Jamshedpur, Sept 25: Loyola School, Bistupur, organised an interactive session on Artificial Intelligence and its impact on the younger generation on Friday, featuring Loyola alumnus, author and BJP national spokesperson Tuhin Sinha.
Sinha’s current designation as BJP national spokesperson is also reflected in recent public records and media reports.
The programme began with Sinha’s formal introduction by fellow Loyola alumnus Rajiv Talwar, Director of the Talbros Group, Senior Vice President of the Loyola Alumni Association and National Secretary of the Jesuit Alumni Association of India. Sinha was subsequently felicitated by the Loyola community.
Addressing the students, Sinha spoke about the usefulness of AI and the opportunities it can create for the younger generation, while also highlighting challenges associated with the rapidly evolving technology.
He encouraged students to understand AI and approach its use with awareness, responsibility and discernment, according to the programme details.
The session was followed by an interactive segment in which Sinha responded to questions raised by students.
Principal Fr. Vinod Fernandes appreciated Sinha’s efforts and encouraged students to embrace technological advancements with wisdom, responsibility and a clear sense of purpose.
The programme sought to encourage students to look beyond the technological aspects of AI and reflect on the future they will help shape.
