Renewable energy firm Suzlon Energy Ltd. will release its third-quarter financial results for fiscal year 2024-25 on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, the company said in a regulatory filing.
The results, which will cover the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2024, will be presented on both a standalone and consolidated basis. Suzlon typically announces its earnings after market hours, around 3:30 PM, with a conference call for analysts and investors scheduled for 5:30 PM on the same day. Suzlon has implemented a trading window closure starting January 1, 2025, to comply with regulatory norms.
“Accordingly, the Trading Window shall remain closed till Thursday, 30th January 2025, and shall reopen on Friday, 31st January 2025,” Suzlon stated.
Founded in 1995, Suzlon Energy describes itself as a pioneer in the wind energy sector. The company operates in 17 countries, with over 13,060 wind turbines installed across six continents and 14 manufacturing units in India.
Suzlon shares have been under pressure recently, falling over 4% in the last week and 6.2% over the past two weeks, according to data from the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). The stock has also posted negative returns over the past 1, 3, and 6 months.
The company’s performance and financial outlook for the upcoming quarter will be closely watched as the renewable energy sector faces headwinds in the broader market.
