Ranchi, Sept 25: Central Mine Planning and Design Institute (CMPDI) organised a plantation drive at its campus here on Thursday as part of the ongoing Vigilance Awareness Campaign (VAC)-2026, highlighting the importance of integrity, responsibility and sustainable development.
CMPDIL Chairman-cum-Managing Director Chaudhari Shivraj Singh, Director (T/P&D) Ajay Kumar, Director (RD&T, BD) Anand Mohan, Chief Vigilance Officer Pankaj Kumar and General Manager (Vigilance) Amresh Kumar participated in the drive.
General Managers, Heads of Departments and employees of CMPDI also joined the plantation activity.
The initiative sought to reinforce the broader message of responsible action, ethical conduct and sustainable growth, while linking environmental responsibility with the values promoted under the vigilance campaign.
The VAC-2026 is being observed from August 17 to November 16 in accordance with the directives of the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC), with “Probity for Prosperity” as its theme.
The campaign aims to strengthen transparency, accountability, integrity and efficiency across the organisation.
The plantation drive was presented as a symbol of responsible action and sustainable development, complementing the campaign’s focus on ethical conduct and organisational accountability.
