RATU Sept, 23 : The Karam festival was celebrated with traditional fervour at the Jharkhand Jaguar campus on September 21, with police officers and personnel participating in cultural programmes and extending greetings to one another.
Jharkhand Jaguar Inspector General Anup Birthare, CID IG Ajay Linda, DIG Indrajit Mahatha and Jharkhand Police Association state president Rahul Murmu were among those who attended the celebrations.
Police personnel observed the festival according to traditional customs. The programme featured songs, music and cultural performances, creating a festive atmosphere at the campus.
The participating officers highlighted the cultural and social significance of Karam festival and extended their greetings to the police personnel and their families.
Jharkhand Police Association and STF Jaguar secretary Ramakant Upadhyay, along with other office-bearers and a large number of police personnel, were present at the event.
